Cinco:  This is not a bash...but I do believe you are failing to take into account the full premium vallue of this concession.  The argument is that if it was trading at 50 cents and higher a few years ago then it certainly should be worth in that region today and more.  I still hold out hope that it might be worth in the 50 cents to $1 range but sadly that is perhaps why Genel and perhaps others are looking at it now because they may get it on the cheap.  No matter what I can't believe management would let it go for less than 40 cents but stranger things have happenned.  Who knows....if you do then you are probably already lying on a beach in Tahiti....we'll just have to wait until Monday (at least).

I remain committed to my valuation of 88 cents perhaps take off 20 cents for the unpaid liabilities of 27 million and you get 68 cents.   Have a laugh at my expense on Monday perhaps but something tells me I am not that far off.
