It makes perfect sense what you are saying .Now that you mention GSA , it makes perfect sense.

GSA has been moving up last few days.Most likely NIKO, VAST and GSA are working on a deal as well.

Only one way to find this out , and we will find out very soon.

What's is your opinion on selling price? what would it be ?

I personally think .34 to .45 cent.
