Could be some interesting times ahead because a low ball offer like this opens the door to competing bids. Genel needs to keep in mind that these kinds of offers are a two edged sword. Perhaps the deal is already cemented and they are just going through the obligatory dance, and there will be a counter and a recounter etc. etc. At any rate I am hoping for a complete buy out and at a much better price, but it is all rather academic as we will know soon enough.
