For the person asking how we got 38 cents, here is the calclation:

Offer price = $70 million

LFD outstanding shares = 181.7 million shares

price per share = 70/181.7 = approx 38 cents.

 

Since this is on the lower end of the fair offer, we may get another offer from NIKO Resources.

You would be a fool to think that other companies are not watching from the sidelines.
