What makes this even more interesting is that a sale of these patents occurred

in Dec2011. I hope they made some good bucks that will offset the the Mosaid

buyout legal fees which totalled 10M spread out thru the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2011.

Then to add more food to thought...Wilan would have made approx 2-2.5M on the sale

of Mosaid shares..... I think it will be safe to say that guidance could be neutral to positive

for the year.
