If I was the CEO making 300K+ from each of my companies, I would not care these 60,000 shares (at 0.085) at all. Maybe this dear CEO knows that his days are numbered and therefore cash out whatever he can for his last enjoyment. 

It is not a good sign that the CEO does not show faith over his company. I don't know what is going to happen to ZNR, but one thing is sure that this CEO will mess things up again along the way.

For the sake of speculation, take a quick profit if you can as the comditions of the broad market gets improved (assuming this CEO does not bash again). Don't long as failure has proven to be the only achevements for this CEO in the past.
