Except it is not his to give away.  You, like the current CEO, seem to forget that the company is owned by shareholders, and it it theirs to keep or "give" away.  Check the articles, majority rules on items like this. 

I expect that soon, the majority will rule to oust the current group.  Don't kid yourself.  It is the belief that the current crowd will be tossed that is driving the share price up, not anthing the CEO has done recently.
