MK is a sizeable shareholder, has terrific experience and would be an asset to the majority of shareholders if it were to have a seat or two on the BoD.
Greenslade deserves huge credit for taking BAJ to where it is today, however he still needs to be fully accountable to the shareholders. BAJ is not a private company, or the Greenslade family personal fiefdom.The fact his daughter is in such an important role reeks of nepotism and conflict of interest. I am sure she is very capable, I am not for a minute disputing her abilities. As a father myself, I can fully understand promoting and helping ones own blood, but again, this is not a private family company.
