CHAD

CHAD

Did Chad start up this company to make shareholders rich? Is that the reason you take a company public? No the reason you take a company public instead of keeping it private is that you shift the risk over to the shareholder.

He was a broker at Canaccord, so using that as a start will tell you his mentality is based on greed and making money with other people money. Why did he leave Canacord if he was soooo smart and entrepreneurial? Cause he got too greedy and blew up I suspect.

As for his compensation! what a complete and udder arrogance! He makes the company profitable one year and feels he needs to be rewarded heavily like a NYC big bank CEO.. what a joke. All of the CEO's all over the world are laughing at this guy.

As far as analyst coverage... well, they are pushing their own BS. I don't see an analyst out there covering this that didnt participate in the financings... why would they??

Currency plant is losing money!

Wall paper plant has topped out!

Cellulose mill is in a saturated and over-priced market!

This company stinmks from the top down.
