I was wrong to think 40 cents T.O.

Looks like the volume is 2.26 million shares trading so far; somebody got out.

So we will now wait to see if it makes it to a takeover at 30 cents;

because i think the trading only peaked at around 26 cents....  that sort of reflected more the valuation

of the new figure of 30 cents,  not the hoped for figure of 40 cents.

 

Sort of looks like the potential buyer is really haggling and chipping down on the sellers,

in order to have gotten ten cents off the proposed takeover price.
