Very strange indeed. I'm thinking there will be no more equity financings. The small number of shares sold makes little sense to me as they are being placed through a syndicate and therefore will likely not go to one or two individuals or companies. So why raise $25 million? Have we ordered equipment? Is this as I've thought all along going to production without the regular BFS? Did they need to have a certain cash position to attract Debt Financing through the lead banker?

Then the Halt, what was that all about? Not like FA to grandstand. Halt was out of character unless there is more news comming in short order?
