RE: Revised Project Schedule

RE: Revised Project Schedule

Project is on schedule : this quarter EPA/ADEQ hearings, Financing announcement later this quarter, q3 Feasibilty study presented, Q4 construction for Phase 1 State land.

Mackie Research came up with analyst target $2.70  speculative buy... sorry very extensive analysis cannot post - can email it to anybody interested .

Spoke to CEO Michael McPhie asking him about $1.7 million Tax City of Florence wanted (ErinG had mentioned) and this is what he had to say (did say they are working on plans for land that are on city jurisdiction - legally could not get into specifics but have spoken to him off record several times):

Elgin,

Of course your continued support here is appreciated.  Thank you for passing this material along.

One note is that the town has consistently refused to negotiate a Development Agreement with us.  This agreement is where you figure out the financial aspects of a development such as this.

For example...investment in roads, parks and other community amenities that Curis would do as part of its overall development program.  Same as any developer would do and the agreement is a legally binding commitment.  Could include a royalty to the town for example.

They have not been willing to go there unfortunately and so we are left without any formal way to engage in that type of discussion.  Very frustrating from our end and certainly more so when I read this kind of commentary.

As for replacing the decision makers...well, will talk to my board about that one.

Best regards,

Mike
