Equipment under construction

Way down there in the financial statements in note 4, Wavefront discloses a number for "Equipment under construction" Last quarter the number was 372,657, up from the previous quarter of 221,071. Now what I don't know is how much, exactly, a powerwave tool costs or how long it takes to build one, but I am thinking it doesn't cost that much or take that long.

Obviously, they are not busy building tools because they make great office furniture or because they want to install them in the lady's washroom. To me it looks like they must have some good business lined up to employ them..
