The courts will decide about BJ & JL, not the SHs The Arizona Court will decide my case against Fitzgerald. Marisa and Mike Fitzgerald got married here in Tucson on February 13, 1998 after Marisa signed a Premarital Agreement two days before. My Arizona attorneys are very happy Tronox (Kerr-McGee) proved to a Reno Judge that a trial was worthy to be heard. They had NO INTEREST IN MEETING BRENT JOHNSON. Why?
After that Court Date was set in Reno, in September, 2010 Tronox dismissed the Fitzgerald Reno Case with Prejudice, based on the best interests of the Tronox management. MWR had no rights to do anything about this in the US Courts. Why?
Back in 1999 the British Columbia Courts dismissed BJ's action against Fitzgerald and Ranspot. I offered to assist MWR, but Judge Shaffer separated me from BJ/MWR. So Kanco SHs offered to do a Joint Venture with MWR on the ABX Bullfrog Mine (closed in 2003), based on this ruling how the Washington State Probate Case was dismissed by Judge Shaffer. BJ, Karen Davis and I were present. Terry Karenko will be called to testify what happened on March 4, 2011 in Seattle. I also have the verbal record of the hearing, which will be given to the press, RCMP, FBI, IRS and any other party of interest.
Yeah, the MWR Stockholders have supported the BJ decision to side with JL. I have been a person who has shared personal information, limited of course, to what my attorneys and Kanco SHs have requested to be shared. Too bad for BJ and MWR, because they have not released the information I gave to BJ between March 8, 2010 to August, 2011.
I was going to sue Jorge Lopehandia commencing back in 2004 after I personally made a trip to South America and did my own investigation about Villar, Cris Lopehandia (JL's brother in Santiago) and many other parties feeding the selfish JL.
The March 15, 2011 MWR Joint Venture with Kanco Stockholders is very binding through the 1980s MWR Bonaza Exploration Venture, donelong before the name of Brent Johnson appeared in any Cobre/MWR management. Brent Johnson is greedy, in many ways just like Fitzgerald (both are controllers).
Between the ABX and Kanco Stockholders and my legal battles against MWR, I wish the MWR Stockholders who stand up against BJ much support, mainly based on the discussions Alan Finlayson had with Jorge Lopehandia between March 15-May 3, 2011 about the personal liabilities (securities fraud) of Vic Ericson, Tom Jackholm, Bruce Oliver and Brent Johnson.
IMHO The current Tucson Case will cause all other cases to be put on HOLD because of the March 30, 1969 Confidential Agreement Michael J. Fitzgerald signed while he was employed by Kerr-McGee (Tronox). I had great conversations with Tronox Corporate Attorney Mike Foster while he was under the direction of Dennis Wanlass (resigned in October, 2011).
