RE: shiny penny

RE: shiny penny

Like every one else who posts anything I post is the opinion I have came to based on the research I have done.  Not only on the Fox but also on other companies in the past.   I see the main benifit of waiting to make a decision for Teck would be to see what is going to take place with the World economy.

C/Fox is going to be expensive to bring online. I would expect in the neighbourhood of  + or - 5.5  Billion. when cost over runs are all added up   Then the concentrate will have to be trucked to Stewart.  Higher cost than Rail,  Then pay Jack Elsworth & associates ( who have been shipping logs out of the Port of Stewart for years)  a handling fee for warehousing and loading it out.

Undoubtedly it is a huge resource But if it does not have the capability to produce the expected Net Back  due to ore grades and a sick economic envrioment which can be achieved elsewhere.   It will be either let go, or put on hold till the required circumstances prevail.  Should either of these take place the share price will not stay where it's at.    Quite possibily why some larger share holders have lightened up.   There is no rush for Teck to make a decision as they are guaranteed the first rite of refusal.

Excuse the double post last time seems like Stockhouse still has some glitches in it.
