RE: Mn Update News I spoke with Willie Lamarque regarding this. He said that our Brazilian counsel anticipates this matter being rectified shortly - possibly in a few days. AML was required, under the terms of it's agreement, to issue this notice. Mr. Lamarque said our disussions with AML continue, and the relationship with them is quite good. Apparently, the same group that has been causing problems for us with the Mn is at the center of this latest episode. Given that they have never prevailed in court our counsel anticipates a quick resolution in our favor.
