Valuation of Warrants >>>

Valuation of Warrants >>>

The intrinsic value of the warrant has diminished as the stock price goes up.

Some examples..

PVG @ $12.15 then the PGV.WT was $1.00.,,, IV $1.00.

 PVG  @  $13.10 then the PVG<WT was $ 1.14.. In the money by $.60.. IV $ .54

Yesterday PVG @ $15.75 then the PVG.WT was $3.45.. In the money by $ 3.25... IV $.20

The warrant still has 3 months to until expiry [a reasonable life term]. So the above examples show the IV component  declining by say 80%..    To me the warrant looks greatly undervalued at $ 3.25 cf to SP of $15.65..  BUY .Before it trades on the NYSE>>
