Looks to me like you haven't done any or very little due diligence on this stock.

 Shea is far from the only valuable asset the UEX owns.  Hidden Lakes is right between two U mills (less than 2K away)   and has 40 million lbs of high grade shallow open pit mineable U. UEX has a total of 18 projects

UEX has the largest undeveloped U resource Shea, and Hidden Lakes # 5 I think.

Cameco doesn't own 50% of UEX they own 51% of some of the various projects,  Areva actually owns 51% of Shea.

Cameco owns <23% of UEX

Would guess the execs know both the U price and UEX will go up in price.   Especially as we near the Russian subsidy program Megatons for MegaWatts and O'bummers giveaway of U.S. gubmint  U is absorbed.
