Whether someone gets in at
.35 or $2.25 - they are losers - since an opportunistic bid is just that ... stealing the company at a low price.
Don't be so sure that shareholder's won't sell at an improved offer in the
.65 range. There are a lot of institutional holders that would likely be happy to leave. And with the share price being held within a low range, there are likely many people accumulated at this low price, who could flip their investment for an easy 10-15% gain.
