Well I suppose it's better than "General Someone" than "General Nobody" or "General Mayhem" :-).
They're not secret but the TMX site only puts them up for about 1 or 2 days after the transaction occurs. Between that time and when they are reported, I'm not sure how you track them down. The ones from early Jan are well within the reporting timeframe.
