2 Year Period to file a complaint against Fitz It is a FACT that Brent Johnson and Jorge Lopehandia told me very little about Mike Fitzgerald except the Reno, Nevada litigation between Tronox (Kerr-McGee) and Fitzgerald. That was on the only case available through public record. Through a massive series of telephone communications, emails and a face-to-face meeting with Brent Johnson on March 8, 2010, the only thing I knew about were Depositions (3/16/2010 -with Russell Corn (Kerr-McGee executive who hired Fitzgerald in 1963 from Phelps Dodge Corporation) and Harry Ranspot (3/15/2010 - of ATLAS, Moab, Utah) in Tucson, AZ. There were no cases in Arizona. I had zero knowledge of the Seattle, WA Probate Case of Fitzgerald. After my meeting with Brent Johnson in Utah, Brent Johnson left for Reno to meet with Tronox attorney Robert Cox after my meeting with him. He never told me he didn't go to Tucson for the Corn/Ranspot Depositions.
In other words, C. Robert Cox, attended the Ranspot/Corn Depositions with no representation from MWR.
Russell Corn died on May 19, 2010 and I was unable to meet him. I have had excellent communications with his sons and business partners in 2011 in Tucson. They have read his deposition and have made excellent and challenging comments based on the truth.

On June 14, 2010 Kanco SH Jay Christensen and I were in Orem, Utah and I met former BYU Tennis Coach Wayne Pearce (Marketing professor who owned brokerage offices in Tucson, Provo and Salt Lake when I knew him in the 1960s) of MM&S Exploration (Nevada), the company name in the March 30, 1969 Confidential Agreement with Mike Fitzgerald. It was Wayne Pearce who told us that Mike Fitzgerald's Reno law firm also represented MM&S Exploration/Bullion Monarch. Wayne Pearce also remembers I was the one who introduced Mike Fitzgerald to him and Bob Morris back in the 1960s in Elko, Nevada. What a breakthrough --- AND NOTHING FROM BRENT OR JORGE.
On June 15, 2010 I traveled to Reno, Nevada and met with Tronox attorney, C. Robert Cox and for hours read a stack of documents detailing everything about the claims made against Fitzgerald by his former employer (Tronox/Kerr-McGee), including the recently received 1989 Ranspot/Fitz vs. ABX Goldstrike federal litigation where Roger Jeppson represented Fitz (I had fought Roger Jeppson for years in the ABX Bullfrog Mine with Kanco Stockholders). That day Robert Cox told me he represented Tronox because MWR had lost their litigation against Fitzgerald and Ranspot back in 1999 in Canada.
By US law I have two years to file a complaint against Mike Fitzgerald. I did on November 14, 2011, 17 months after my meeting with Tronox attorney Cox in Reno. Because my relationship with Mike Fitzgerald PREDATES the existance of ABX and MWR, I will be able to connect all the dots against ABX and MWR through the discovery process - opening all the books of ABX in the US and MWR/Cobre since inception (1971).
