RE: Canadian Press follow on Bennett sujit

RE: Canadian Press follow on Bennett sujit

A "Counter suit" 7 years later - really?

States he  has also filed a complaint with the OSC over "the disparaging way the company acknowledged the latest legal action on Monday."  Really?

From "Canadian Business, Jan. 10, 2012":  ".....caused BEI to issue press release and make SEC filings that misrepresented and exaggerated a contract that it extolled as 'the largest in the company's history with a value of $200 million.'   The reality was quite different, it seems.

Now stating he was not responsible for press releases (while CEO).  Really?

Bennett plead guilty and agreed to pay an SEC fine equivalent to C$120,000.00.  The OSC also fined Bennett $300,000.00 (which insurance paid).

Now Bennett is saying he was "encouraged" to plead guilty by his solicitors.  Really?

Is he also suing solicitors for bad advisement?
