Siegfried, Consolidation by year-end would not be a surprise,...have to pay Noront $500K by year-end for 75% earn-in too.

Next I see Mgmt reprice and reduce their fall Options from 25 to 15 or so, for doing such a good job managing Eagle Hill's affairs.

Almost One Million shares changing hands today, just on this financing news, and Haywood (062) has yet to make an appearance on the Bid or Ask.
