I see reasons for a takeover, but I see NO Evidence of one. Someone got out of 3 mil shares in two days at the mid $5 level. That doesn't sound like a takeover is in the near future.

What it does sound like, though, is the flies on the Lawyer's walls are reporting some nasty possobilties. The fact that IR hasn't even put out the standard "we know no reason for...." statement has me concerned.
