The "Opel Inc.. Exchangeable Shares "are actually the equivalent of shares of OPEL Technologies. They are old cerificates with different label but these shares are identical to the OPL's common shares. If you look at page 14 of the latest financial statements (Q3 2011), we can see that there is 973k of such actions left as of December 31, 2010. So it is only a formality for the insider to report the conversion on sedi.
