big block at .155 needs to go

If a confident buyer knocks out that block of 450k shares for sale at .155 we could move higher today.. hopefully we get a similar volume move to wzr :) they're up 10% today.

I'm hoping this rumored france downgrade doesn't send the markets back into the SH---ITTer for another while.
