I'm sure that I recall that THE McClay of Clan McClay has made mention over the last decade of moving to the TSX (and also to one of the big boards in the USA?). Nothing seems to have happened on the TSX front, and that OTC Premium Board is an embarrassment, IMO, with its pitiful volume.
Perhaps the McClay Clan has influenced the decision makers?
Of course, who knows the course the company will now take with the hands of McPeak, Kessler and Voyticky on the helm? Their experience and expertise seems to be on the American bourses, with Kessler's filing with the SEC for participation in:
