I make no bones that I know very little about life in Nigeria.  My point is that Good'uck's proposal, if carried through in its current form, is political suicide.  My contention is that Goodluck is blackmailing the west with the threat that Nigerian oil production will shut down in order to get concessions of some type from Europe and the USA
