It's going to be very very difficult for RR to get all those oz's if BYV's land is in the way.  The open pit mine will need to include BYV's land, or they'll leave a lot of oz's in the ground.

 

Also, C block is now being drilled and hasn't been before, and C block is larger then Burns block.  So, if they hit something big there too, RR will definitely have to deal with BYV before they get an open pit mine developed.
