Better late than never...its over 6 months now.

The commission should lay charges against execs and BOD of this company.  things ran soooooo much more smoothly when Mineralfields ran the show here.  Remember when the stock was $7.00.  Had the BOD let them continue we'd be looking at $20/share rather than fearing 50cents once the stock starts trading!!!!
