PSC are Very Fluid !
The Kurdistan PSC are cast more in fluidity then concrete!
These PSC will be forever changing in Kurdistan they will be under a constant state of change and negotiation.
We used to have a saying that goes; everything changes but nothing changes.
Meaning everything changes, but after a given period of time, things move back to the original intention in a somewhat long round about way.
Over the next 10 years many of the PSC will change.
However it is unlikely that the KURDS will demand a higher % take.
