My number is firm at $ 1 per share. LFD will be offered for its shares $ 1 per share or deal valued at $ 180 million. Deal should be closing within the next week or two at most. Drilling pressure on Genel is building.
Genel has $ 2.2 billion so a $ 180 million purchase is 9% of what they have, not too expensive, not cheap either.
What should you be doing while you know this???? Have you seen Toll Cross securities loading up on two transactons 500,000 and, then another one to 663,000 all since December 21? The person buying here wants a $ 1 million return within a few weeks.
