I would pick up the phone and call OSM and Don Green.  Lawyers are working things out and the TSX-venture is waiting on filings.  But it has been awhile since I called OSM.  OSM has some decent sales  as per their website https://osmsolar.com/

 

I want the halt off and the consolidation as much as the next.
