Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Dbeaude you are way too in love with this stock. I hope you don't have too much of your portfolio in this one.It has potential but is very risky. It will go down before it goes up. You can short it. Don't fall in love with any stock. It does not owe you anything. Look at athe latest #'s. Earnings per share are a fraction of what they were in 2009 and 2010. The only reason they have cash in the bank is from a dilutive equity offering and not from operations. Their net profit in q1 was  6.5 million, q2 was 2.8 million and q3 was 10 million with 250 million shares out there. Acquisitions are never as good as they appear especially in the North Sea. Why would an existing company sell a great asset and not keep it from themselves. IAE mgmt has not distinguished themselves as super savvy operators.

Short and weak.
