If I interpret the NR properly, at no risk to us we get 20% of the revenue from our lands in future after the farmee puts 11 holes in the ground at his expense on lands which we strongly believe contain the good stuff. So, if the farmee hits paydirt as we expect him to there would be no further dilution and we sit back and take 20% of  whatever comes in plus just less than 6% of the revenue from the first 11 wells.

Nothing in the NR talks about who pays for the wells after the first 11 though.

Did I get that correctly?
