By posting that you will only receive .10 cents for your shares out of this news is 100% wrong.
If you are a shareholder of Longford at the date the transaction is approved, you will recieve a .10 cent dividend from Longford Energy. The shares you own will continue to trade at whatever the market deams them worth.
The company will continue to operate with their new found assets in Africa, and the LFD story starts again
