(TSX VENTURE:DUR.H) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Stewart Wright has resigned as a Director of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Wright for his invaluable service and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
In addition, the Company would like to announce that Mr. John V. Tokarsky has been appointed as a Director to the Board of Directors to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Wright.
