Yes, to paraphrase Shakespeare, "The Drilling's the Thing" and we have that now if all conditions are met to complete this deal. We can argue about whether 20% of the take is good or not but, for absolutely no money invested from here on in we get 20% of what we expect to be a great property and, contrary to what I mentioned earlier we seem to get 6% convertible to 20% of the first 11 wells if certain unnamned conditions are met.

I suspect that they will want to get driling before the drop dead date to take advantage of the frozen ground.

Anyone care to guess at what the SP will do if we hit what we expect to find?  With 125M outstanding we are not overly dilute but its not a low float either. Valuating a SP based upon NPV and all that stuff is not a skill I have. Let the discussion begin.
