Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: Quick and dirty numbers

"3. Mine will cost 500 mil. (I cant find an exact number)"

I have not been able to acsertain numbers but I can say we are looking at closer to $10M to $20M as opposed to $500M. Open pit where once stripped, coal is loaded onto trucks (or conveyer belt) to the power plant (ie: similar to Olaan Ovoo and those costs serve as a good rule of thumb). As evidenced with UO, the greater costs will be rooted in trucks and equipment (ie: PCY invested $10M in such things already at UO). If no offtakes at UO, I say just drive the trucks to Chandgana! Other related costs will be infrastructure related like mine roads, buildings, utilities etc. etc..
