RE: Silvercrest SANTA ELENA expansion "Once executed, the expansion plan will increase average annual production by a minimum of 52% at a mine throughput of 2,500 tpd. This would produce an average of 1.6 million ounces of silver, and 39,000 ounces of gold annually."
Does anybody else see how great of a deal this is going to turn out to be?
Sandstorm paid $12 million cash and issued 3.5 million shares (we'll say they were worth 2.5 million or .70 cents a share at the time). So $15 million total.
So now we are looking at close to 8K ounces a year at payments of $350 per ounce.
$1600 gold x 8k = 12.8 million revenue - 2.8 million cash cost payments = $10 million income a year.
