This was the original letter sent by Vice major Tom Smith on Dec 1, 2011 to the state. The state responded to this letter which is posted on Dec16,2011.  In fact the state has better grasp on facts than the town council.  Go back and read the letter from the state.  State letter can be found on www.florencecopper.com while your letter can be found on the oppositions group www.protectourwaterourfuture.com . So this is really old news and the town council has not responded to the state letter dated Dec16,2011. Look forward to the ADEQ and EPA hearing starting in Mid February.   Things should begin to get interesting with environmental hearings and announcement for fianancing coming shortly.
