My guess is that management has already contacted legal counsel about their proposed transaction and got the go ahead. 

 

We have a few big shareholders who will do the heavy lifting for us if this isn't above board. 

 

I still think management will come to the pressure from the bigger shareholders and be forced to return at least 15 cents home to daddy.  If they did this, it still leaves $15mm left for their new asset.

 

If that is the case then then I put our fair value at 18-19 cents.  This would put a 50% discount for the cash remaining (50% * 8 cents/share remaining).

 

Raptor....You have great posts and agree with all that you have to say other than "This isn't being manipulated".  Take a look at what Jitney and Anonymous were up to today.

 

Let's see how this one unfolds.
