RE: Bharthi First Approached in September

I would disagree with your last statement.  The company has put on a NR very clearly stating the current public offer is not sufficient and that they will release further info 7 days before the expiry of the offer.  The offer expires on the 30th, so 7 days before that is Monday.  I would not expect any info from the company until Monday, which will make Friday an interesting trading day.  If there is no news by the end of the day Monday THEN I would call that a bad sign, anything before that just means there are active discussions and nothing has been finalized.  I am surprised that Luxor is not trying to acquire more shares on the open market at a discount to their offer price, then again they may be dumping in the attempt to keep prices low and force management into a low-ball offer.  Anyways Friday and Monday to be interesting days.   I think it plays out with an accepted offer  in the 80s.  Just my opinion.
