RE: RE: Ok...

RE: RE: Ok...

I can believe the vacation bs because they did the same thing last year.....except there was some sort of wedding crap thrown in as well when I heard the story at that time. It is a classic 'I don't give a crap about the shareholders' move.

In regards to the private placement and management not being allowed to participate. I am glad they were not allowed to dump stock and replace it at half price or slightly more. The fact that you were told they would be making more effort if they had been allowed to screw the average shareholder shows they are a bunch of douchebags. They should be buying at fair and reasonable 'market' prices then making an honest effort to make all shareholders money.....not trying to pull a fast one on the market just to get a better deal for themselves.

Regards to the getting money and drilling method of management......it is curious that management contracts the drilling out to a company that they own personally. It seems fishy but for some reason the exchange allows it. Management is doing very well financially from the drilling contracts and if ever the stock takes a big run they will cash in on their options.

Overall this management team sucks......but.....Red Cliff appears to have something of merit so I am going to hold my current position and hope something good comes of it.
