I will be at the Vancouver Investment Conference . And these will be the questions i will ask.

Where will we be getting the cash to move forward ?

Is another Financing being looked at. ? What Price , How many shares?

Are we in talks with a possible Partner ? , What kind of conditions are we looking for?

Do you see a roll back of the stock to move forward ? What would be the Consolidation ?

What is the possibility of a spin out of Engineer?
