In your educated and well informed, and expereinced stock market savvey education it is a greatly diminutive and an impairement for FED to do a Private Placement ( if they were to do one ) to prove up a property 3 time the size of Allana and in 4 time less time. And to boot if such was to occur who's to know at what price let alone the fact that it would be their FIRST one, need I remind you that AAA did 8 and counting and not in production yet!
