RE: RE: mesquite gold mine

Rog

I've heard from a broker friend there are a number of interested companies on the sidelines...but they are waiting in the wings to see the results from this program.....We would need a new updated resource estimate (spring/summer??) before management could decide on what to do next  to maximize shareholder value. New Gold could be one of the suitors but I have nothing to support that bit of speculation. There is a New Gold connection though with some of our current executives...and the deposit seems to be fairly similar to what they have at the Mesquite mine.

Teras is off most people's radar screen because its a Calgary company...ie not based in the more traditional mining capitals of either Vancouver or Toronto...There is no institutional following either other than perhaps Desjardins and they've been pretty quiet lately--although they obviously like the Cahuilla project...Thats why the volume is pretty miniscule.  I personally cannot get all worked up because one of the insiders sells a small 10000 share block for $4500-5000.

So---we will just have to be patient  and see how this develops between now and spring-early summer.

Meanwhile---the rigs keep drilling and thats always a good sign....If they were getting crappy results the drilling would not continue.

Just my two bits worth.
