Have you not noticed they're pinned by the Houses that want a PP, they take turns selling at the Bid to hold the stock, ever since November 24, no PP.....no stock price appreciation, they will hold them 'til they run out of money. Not nice but thats the result of Management's delays...now they are between a "Rock and a Hard Place". I say do the PP and the stock will run.
