After the spin out INTs value will be.. based on what the market feels it is worth at that time. Say the deal is the INT share holders get X amount and the company retains X amount. At this time the market will put an approximate valuation on it and from then on depending on how Ortsbo`s IPO is recieved and continues to be valuated, INT should react accordingly. As for the shares shareholders recieve as a special dividend by way of common stock in Ortsbo. They should be in your hands and able to trade the day the of the IPO. As for people selling after the spin out .....well it may affect INT a little . But the value of the spin out % that the company retains, remains. And this will be determined by how well Ortsbo does. Right now Ortsbo`s value has not been been determined so it has not been completely factored into INT, but...lets say once things are clearer and everyone thinks INT is now worth 300 million instead of 150. This would be before Ortsbo even goes public. And then when that happens if it was to go to say double the IPO price then INT would be valued at 450million. So now we wait and see what the terms will be and then we should see a barrage of hype so Ortsbo hits the ground running.GLTA
