Random chance ...

Random chance ...

Lol Waldenpawned ... pretty funny.

Try this on for size ... Yanick isn't unique to the TRANSFER AGENT listing via ZoomInfo ... there are others ... and a couple juniors in the mix to boot.

https://www.zoominfo.com/#search/person/1.136.eyJ0aXRsZSI6xIB2YWx1xIY6xIFyYW5zZmVyJTIwYWdlbnQiLCJpc1VzZWTEh3RyxI19xKFpbmR1c8SqeUtleXdvcmRzxIfEicSLxI3EhyJtxK/Er2fEoMSixKTEpsSoOsSqxKx9

Now if you take a look at La Quinta Resource Corp ... top of list ... and note the dual role listed ... it is interesting to find that their corporate secretary is also a senior partner in the Toronto securities group of law firm of Heenan Blaikie LLP since 2004.

You probably realize by now that Neil Wiener ... Dianors secretary ... is also a Partner at Heenan Blaikie LLP ... simply interesting.

Random chance ... ZoomInfo ... transfer agents ... IIROC halt ... etc.

Very good then ... this is beat into submission ... it's odd ... the timing more odd ... but the other examples don't appear to have the same history with IIROC at first glance ... so random it is ... and a ZoomInfo peculiarity it will remain.
